Rob’s personal touch with clients and his extensive landscape knowledge make him a valuable asset to the BJ’s Lawncare & Landscaping team. He takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding each client’s vision, and delivering solutions that enhance both the beauty and functionality of their outdoor spaces. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. In his spare time, Rob enjoys fishing the ponds of Cape Cod, taking in the outdoors, and recharging for the next project.

Erica is our Director of Operations with over 20 years of experience in the green industry. Known for her exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep complex operations running smoothly, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to every project. Erica thrives in dynamic environments where creativity and adaptability are key to success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping with her family, playing disc golf, and hiking– activities that reflect her appreciation for nature and the environment she works to support every day.

With over 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry, David has built his career from the ground up—literally. Starting in the field, he gained hands-on knowledge of the craft before transitioning into landscape sales and design, where he combines practical expertise with creative vision. David has a deep passion for plants, outdoor design, and every aspect of the landscaping process. From the first consultation to the final installation, he enjoys working closely with clients to understand their ideas and transform their vision into a finished outdoor space they can truly enjoy. His background in field work gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to bring designs to life efficiently and correctly. Outside of landscaping, David is a creative at heart. His hobbies include podcasting, wedding photography and videography, and graphic design—outlets that allow him to combine storytelling, visuals, and creativity. Whether designing a landscape or producing creative media, he enjoys turning ideas into something real that people can experience and appreciate. 

Melissa has been a part of the BJ’s Lawncare & Landscaping team since March 2019. In her role as Production Office Manager, it is her responsibility to schedule all our services. Melissa carefully coordinates the best crews to perform each project. Known for strong attention to detail and organizational skills, she helps keep operations running smoothly throughout the season. Melissa is a third-generation born and raised on Cape Cod. She has deep roots in the community where she and her husband raised their four sons, and now loves spending as much time as she can with her grandchildren. She also enjoys the beach, watching sports, baking, traveling, snorkeling, and crafting.

Dylan Martunas is the Production Manager at BJ’s Lawncare & Landscaping. He has lived and worked on Cape Cod for the past 16 years and grew up visiting family in Bourne and Sandwich, where he developed a deep appreciation for everything the Cape has to offer. He currently resides in Mashpee and is a proud father of two. He enjoys spending as much time outdoors with his children as possible—whether at the beach, fishing, attending their sporting events, or being involved in their school activities. Being outdoors has always been a passion of his, which naturally led him to a career in landscaping. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, he continues to enjoy the ever-evolving nature of his work. His background includes lawn maintenance and development, landscape planning, irrigation management, and customized fertilization programs tailored to each client’s needs. He is often out in the field managing crews and welcomes the opportunity to connect—clients are encouraged to reach out with any questions about their property.

Tegan DeBaggis was born and raised on Cape Cod and graduated from Mashpee High School in 2010. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in 2018 and spent a decade serving her community as a police officer for the Town of Harwich from 2014 to 2024. Following a career-ending injury, Tegan embraced a new path—one that allowed her to channel her passion for creativity and the outdoors. Through this transition, she discovered a deep love for gardening, home improvement, and landscape design. Inspired by both her personal interests and family roots in the industry, Tegan joined the landscape business on the administrative side, where she brings strong organizational skills, dedication, and a people-first approach to her work. Tegan is excited to be part of the BJ’s team and looks forward to helping clients bring their outdoor spaces to life. Outside of work, she enjoys fiber arts and spending time at home with her fiancée and their two dogs, Violet and Pumpkin.

Theresa has over 35 years’ experience in this position and has been fortunate to work for only three great companies. Theresa has been with the company for close to ten years, and her role has helped develop the company's procedures, customer relations, and growth. As an avant gardener, Theresa enjoys working in the Landscape business.

Dan Kellogg began his landscaping career working summer jobs while home from college. After graduating, he briefly pursued a corporate career but quickly realized his passion was in the field. He returned to the industry as the owner and operator of Patio Pros, where he gained valuable experience building outdoor living spaces and managing projects. In 2006, Dan transitioned from Patio Pros and joined BJ's Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc., where he continues to focus on growing the business and strengthening the team. Dan has a passion for building systems, mentoring people, and creating beautiful, comfortable outdoor spaces for clients. Outside of work, Dan spends much of his time coaching lacrosse, skiing, and spending time with his wife and three boys, always looking for their next adventure together.

Todd Judson is the President of BJ’s Lawncare & Landscaping, Inc., and was born and raised on Cape Cod. His parents, Bill and Jackie Judson, founded the company in 1986 as a small local landscape business built on hard work and strong customer relationships.

Todd purchased the company in 1996 and has since grown BJ’s into a full-service landscape provider, expanding its services, team, and capabilities while staying true to the company’s family-business roots. He has a passion for being outdoors and takes pride in delivering a first-class product that enhances the beauty, comfort, and functionality of every property.

In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending time on his boat, hitting the sandbars of Cape Cod Bay and Palm Beach, Florida, and taking full advantage of time with family and friends outdoors.
